1. Sit quietly for 5 minutes.

2. Choose one of these items to work on:

Love
Friends
Time
Hobbies
Holidays
Money
Excitement
Relaxation

3. Allow yourself to focus on a shortage in your life.

4. At the same time, using the palm of your dominant hand, tap your right upper chest.

5. Continue tapping for 5 minutes.

6. Now focus on having an abundance in this area of your life and tap as above (4+5) for 5 minutes.

7. Now know that you are attracting the abundance that you deserve.
