Procedure to help people to find out what is the best choice for them

1. Sit quietly for 5 minutes.

2. Allow yourself to focus on one of the alternatives.

3. At the same time, tap using the palm of your dominant hand, your left upper chest.

4. Continue tapping for 1 minute.

5. Repeat points 2-4 focusing on the other alternative.

6. Now choose which one feels right.

7. This procedure reduces stress about each option – thus giving a clear perspective on each alternative.
