Procedure to help people fulfil their goals

1. Decide what you want in your life – make a list – and prioritise the items.

2. Working with the first item, do the following

i. Sit quietly for 2 minutes.

ii. Visualise having achieved your goal. Create the feelings in your body of having your goal. Be really grateful for having this in your life. Continue with this visualisation for 10 minutes.

iii.Every moment of every day, know you have already achieved your goal.

iv. It is important that you do not try to control how you achieve this goal.

v. Be aware that you may need to prepare yourself to receive this goal – be open to opportunities which may come your way – be prepared to take action where appropriate.

3. Allow yourself to be open to new ideas.
4. Never decide how you are going to achieve your goal.
5. Never think that you must bring about the creation of the goal – let circumstances dictate your journey.
