Procedure to help people to access their innate health
1. Sit quietly for 5 minutes.
2. Know that you were born to enjoy your life.
3. Accept that it is only your choice of negative thoughts which is blocking your enjoyment of life.
4. Decide what you want to change in your life.
5. Ask yourself, ‘What negative thinking is blocking this for me?’
6. Choose one of the previous procedures to reduce this negative thinking in your body.
