Procedure to help people to be able to relax

1. Sit quietly for 5 minutes.

2. Allow yourself to focus on a significant stress in your life.

3. At the same time, tap all your fingertips and thumb ends against those of the opposite hand, till you feel the concern about this stress reduce.

4. Continue with the tapping until you feel calm.

5. Know that if you choose a positive thought about this situation and focus on that – gradually your stress or negative thinking will reduce.

6. Try to expect only good into your life. Try never to give attention to negative situations or negative people.
